This position is primarily remote, allowing you to provide telehealth services from the comfort of your own space while reaching clients wherever they are. • Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group therapy sessions where clients can connect, share their experiences, and gain insights from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy sessions that empower clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track client progress using a variety of evaluation tools and relevant feedback methods, ensuring they stay on path toward recovery.

You will primarily serve young adults, particularly those who are experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. By leveraging evidence-based practices and supportive counseling techniques, you will help them navigate their unique circumstances and achieve meaningful recovery.

• Educational Background: A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant field is required.

• Licensure: Valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure is mandatory.
