Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions to clients across various age groups within the school setting, tailoring approaches to meet their unique needs and circumstances.

• Utilize a sophisticated billing service that handles all claims, client accounts, insurance eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on therapy rather than administrative burdens.

• Organize and schedule ongoing client appointments, skillfully managing your calendar to accommodate client needs and caseload demands.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Healing Springs, our client base consists largely of students from diverse backgrounds, facing challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to family dynamics and behavioral issues. As an LCSW, you will assist individuals and couples in creating meaningful changes to enhance their mental health and personal well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is necessary for this role.

• Must hold a valid LCSW license to practice independently in Illinois.

• Available to work full-time, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours each week, including availability two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with additional bonuses available. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy a variety of benefits, including:
