No recruiting or technology experience? No problem.
We'll teach you the business, provide hands-on training, and give you the tools to succeed. What we can't teach is ambition, curiosity, persistence, or the drive to improve every day.
What You'll Do
- Find, connect with, and recruit technology professionals for our clients.
- Build relationships through phone calls, conversations, and consistent follow-up.
- Learn about technology and the specialized industries we support.
- Work alongside experienced recruiters to fill positions and earn commissions.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are outgoing, competitive, coachable, and results-driven.
Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other people-focused environments is a plus but not required. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
This isn't an easy job. Recruiting takes discipline, persistence, and a willingness to hear "no" without losing motivation. But for someone willing to put in the work, it can become an incredibly rewarding career.
