Job Description

Northside Imports Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto parts sales and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

Assist customers with inquiries and orders, both in-person and over the phone.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate auto parts.
Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements:**

Previous experience in auto parts sales or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with inventory management software and order processing systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive technology is a plus.
