Skamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring treehouses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it's a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations.
What you will have an opportunity to do:
- Lead by example on the line, supporting both hot and cold station production
- Guide and support kitchen team members during service
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
- Expedite orders and keep service running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Follow recipes and portion standards accurately
- Uphold food safety and sanitation practices
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of kitchen experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Solid knife skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
- Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure
- Washington State Food Handler Card
- ServSafe Manager Certification (preferred)

Compensation:
$27 - $30
