Retail Loss Prevention Specialist

Burlington Coat Factory

Burlington Stores Beaverton is seeking a Shortage Control Associate to help create a secure shopping environment while delivering exceptional customer service. You will focus on reducing theft opportunities at entrances, exits, and high-risk areas, engaging customers and associates with a confident, friendly greeting and clear communication.

You will monitor the store, report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty, train associates on shortage reduction programs, and uphold Burlington's safety
