City, State:Denver, ColoradoTitle: Accounting TrainerLocation: Open (remote available)FLSA: ExemptStatus: Full-timePay Range: $75,000 - $85,000ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Conduct training sessions for hotel staff on hospitality accounting including night audit, accounts receivable/payable, and month end procedures.Conduct training on Stonebridge accounting policies and proceduresDeliver training through virtual sessions, and hands-on coaching.Assist with the development of new training and updating current training documentsHotel system trainings including but not limited to PMS, POS, Financials, AP processingTraining to include current and newly acquired Stonebridge propertiesAssess each property’s compliance with policies and procedures.Assist with onboarding of new properties to assimilate with the accounting team.Travel required.Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.Any other duties as required by management.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:Microsoft Excel skillset required.Excellent attention to detail and pattern recognition.Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of management.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hotel front office, administrative, or accounting role preferred.Knowledge of USALI or GAAP preferred but not mandatoryOur company does not discriminate against its associates or applicants because of race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran status, physical or mental disability or medical condition.
