Senior Analyst, Strategic Deal Management

On-Site in Charlotte, NC (No Remote)

$35.81–$61.75/hr. (DOE)

Contract Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to support strategic contract negotiations, pricing initiatives, and large customer deals for a leading manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead customer contract negotiations and RFP processes.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams to optimize deal profitability.
Manage contract tracking, documentation, and compliance.
Analyze pricing strategies and identify opportunities for margin improvement.
Oversee formula-based pricing adjustments.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in product marketing, portfolio management, account management, or financial management within food or manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, and Microsoft 365 , including Excel.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
