Bookkeeper - Weekly Pay! Above The Rest Staffing, Inc., Boulder, CO. Part-Time Bookkeeper We are searching for an experienced part-time bookkeeper to support a busy and successful business. This position is a part-time (15-20hrs per week). Our position offers initial benefits of weekly and electronic pay, accrued sick leave, and retirement savings. Responsibilities Maintaining financial spreadsheets. Recording transactions. Data Entry. Credit Card and bank account balancing. Managing accounts receivable. Maintaining and correcting complex invoices for clients. Requirements Must have an advanced skill level with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Must have a minimum 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar level role. Must have a degree or a relevant certification in accounting, bookkeeping, etc. Must feel comfortable and confident in working and handling tasks with little to no supervision. Hours Our office is open 10am-7pm, M-F, but as this job is part-time, we would need you to be in the office 2 days per week for a full day OR 3 days per week for a half day. This could be any days between Tuesday and Friday, depending on what works best for your schedule.
