We’re looking to bring in a Program Manager to lead multiple Data & AI initiatives, contingent on upcoming project wins. This role blends delivery leadership with hands-on capability across modern data platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI programmes across multiple workstreams Oversee 3–5 concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and outcomes are met Drive GCP migration programmes from planning through execution Collaborate with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to align delivery Support workflow automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency Step into hands-on tasks when needed (architecture, pipelines, troubleshooting) Requirements Proven experience leading 5+ full lifecycle GCP migrations Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery Experience with workflow automation (e.g. pipelines, orchestration, optimisation) Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams Based in the USA with availability across EST & PST time zones Nice to Have Background in data engineering or cloud architecture Exposure to AI/ML project delivery Experience working in fast-paced, bid-driven environments High-impact role with ownership across multiple enterprise initiatives If relevant, this is a fast-moving hire aligned to confirmed pipeline—ideal for someone who can step in and deliver immediately. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coltech
