Internal Communications SpecialistDUAL North America is seeking a temporary Internal Communications Specialist to support our team from September 2026 to January 2027.Role responsibilities include:Owning media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists and identifying proactive media opportunitiesDrafting and distributing press releases, and supporting executive thought leadership content and interviewsPlanning, writing, and distributing internal communications, including executive updates, newsletters, and leadership messagingPartnering with HR and business leaders to align internal communications around key company initiatives, onboarding, and employee engagementDriving adoption and engagement of internal communications platforms (e.g., Viva Engage)Supporting crisis and issues communications as neededManaging social media content planning, creation, and distribution, and monitoring brand sentiment across channelsTracking and reporting on media placements and internal communications engagement metricsCollaborating with the Creative Marketing Specialist and Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications channelsKey requirements include:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience3+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or internal communications, ideally within financial services, insurance, or a related B2B industryExcellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to follow policies and proceduresSelf-motivated with strong attention to detailTravel required up to 10% of the timeAbility to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the workday to perform tasks in a remote, home-office settingWhat we offer: A career that you define.
