As a Retail Sales Representative, you will sell our extensive line of phones, accessories, and services. You will utilize your customer service skills and product knowledge to create a positive experience for our customers and maximize store profitability. This position offers high commission earning potential. Responsibilities and Duties Consult with customers to determine their wireless service needs and recommend appropriate Verizon Wireless products and services. Meet performance and sales goals/metrics consistently. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to maximize transactions. Handle all customer service issues professionally and promptly. Manage register receipts, including daily cashing-in/cashing-out. Arrange and display store merchandise to maintain a presentable store environment. Qualifications and Skills Retail sales experience required.
