Benefits: 401(k) Employee discounts Health insurance Job Description Job Summary We are seeking motivated salespeople familiar with the Verizon Wireless order processing system. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will sell our extensive line of phones, accessories, and services. You will utilize your customer service skills and product knowledge to create a positive experience for our customers and maximize store profitability. This position offers high commission earning potential. Commission Examples: Home Internet: $105 Smartphone Activation: $25-$75 Fios Triple Play: $100 Assurion Protection: up to $65 Credit Card Activations: $25 Plus much more... Responsibilities and Duties Consult with customers to determine their wireless service needs and recommend appropriate Verizon Wireless products and services. Meet performance and sales goals/metrics consistently. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to maximize transactions. Handle all customer service issues professionally and promptly. Manage register receipts, including daily cashing-in/cashing-out. Arrange and display store merchandise to maintain a presentable store environment. Qualifications and Skills Retail sales experience required. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays. Follow work schedules, be punctual, and have reliable transportation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wireless Depot USA
