Registered Nurse - Pain Management

Job Description This position will assist with rooming patients, preparing pain clinic patients for the doctor’s examination, obtaining pertinent patient history, assisting the physician with procedures, providing patient education and post‑procedure instructions, scheduling follow‑up appointments, and assisting with patient referrals. Shift Part Time: 8:00‑4:30, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Responsibilities Functions independently and is accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within the unit or department.
