Job Full Description

Seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Receptionist to support daily office operations. This position is often the first point of contact for customers, so we're looking for someone who communicates professionally, stays organized, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet customers, visitors, and vendors
Take detailed messages and provide excellent customer service
Perform general data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and other clerical duties
Respond to emails and help maintain office communication
Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments/jobs
Provide administrative support to office staff and management
Keep the front office and reception area organized
Complete additional office duties as needed
