• Required Qualifications: Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license, Completion of accredited respiratory therapy program, No minimum experience required, Michigan state licensure
• Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric respiratory care experience, CPR certification, ACLS certification
• Additional Information: The respiratory therapist will perform routine and complex respiratory treatments, operate ventilatory equipment, conduct diagnostic tests, and communicate treatment progress with attending physicians. The role requires adherence to policies on laboratory testing, patient monitoring, and emergency procedures such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses is essential.
