Data Analysis: Analyze sourcing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement. User Support: Provide technical support and training to end users to enhance their proficiency with sourcing systems. Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to streamline sourcing workflows and increase operational efficiency. Compliance Management: Ensure all sourcing activities and system configurations comply with company policies and industry regulations. Key Skills ERP Proficiency: SAP S/4HANA Purchasing expertise required. System Management: Ability to manage sourcing software systems effectively to meet organizational requirements. Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing sourcing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for strategic decision making. Process Optimization: Expertise in streamlining and enhancing sourcing processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, Firori and SAP ECC ERP systems and procurement software. Project Management: Capable of leading and managing sourcing projects from initiation through to successful completion within deadlines. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Problem Solving: Adept at identifying issues within sourcing systems and processes and implementing effective solutions. Compliance and Risk Management: Knowledgeable in ensuring sourcing activities adhere to relevant regulations and effectively managing associated risks. Training and Support: Ability to provide training and support to users of sourcing systems to ensure proper utilization and maximize system benefits. Successful candidates typically have: 3+ years experience in supply chain systems, procurement, or master data roles. SAP S/4HANA Procurement Experience Experience with SAP transformation or migration. Experience supporting enterprise systems and cross-functional teams. Hands-on SAP Fiori experience.
