Senior Accounting Specialist

Senior Accounting Specialist Responsibilities of the Accounting Administrator include, but are not limited to: Distribute all incoming AP mail File expense and freight invoices as needed Complete credit applications Send out tax information when required Collect W-9's Assist with obtaining approvals for invoices over $250.00 Collect invoices for accountants as needed Other duties as required by supervisor Qualifications of the Accounting Administrator include, but are not limited to: 2 years of general office clerk experience required Great organizational skills Must be detail oriented Ability to work with minimal supervision Computer literate Accounting experience preferred, but not required Additional Information: Physical Demand: Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time Working Conditions: Professional Office Environment Training/Certifications: Shift Time/Overtime: Travel: N/A Education: High School Diploma required Location: USA:TX:Houston DXP offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time regular employees, normally working a minimum of 30 hours per week, including: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, paid holidays, life and disability insurance, and additional supplemental benefits.
