Description:
In need of an MT, MLT, or MLS for a travel assignment with an ASAP start.


Shift: Nights 7 PM to 7 AM, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.


Adheres to universal precautions standards.


Understands and complies with policies and procedures.


Demonstrates dependability and responsibility, including attendance, punctuality, and following instructions.


Possesses venipuncture skills.


Performs daily quality control and daily maintenance per guidelines.


Completes testing in a timely and concise manner.


Operates and troubleshoots chemistry analyzers.


Operates and troubleshoots UA analyzers.


Operates and troubleshoots hematology analyzers.


Operates and troubleshoots coagulation analyzers.


Conducts blood bank testing, including type, RH, antibody screening, compatibility testing, and QC.


Exhibits courtesy and professional conduct towards patients, lab staff, physicians, and other employees.


Performs miscellaneous testing, including serological/micro testing and microscopic analysis.


Communicates and shares important information with co-workers, supervisors, fellow employees, and physicians.


Maintains overall quality of performance and conduct.
