We seek a Quality and Operations Coordinator. This is a critical role responsible for building fixing and maintaining finished product and sub-assembly inventory levels.

This role will conduct product assembly and quality control inspections. This role will also cross-train on a variety of operations functions such as inventory control purchasing and receiving inspection. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has experience working with VR headsets or similar computing technology.

What Youll Do

• Assemble accessory and sub-assemblies into finished products according to defined specifications and work instructions.
• Inspect incoming and in-process parts for conformance to specifications (visual and dimensional requirements).
• Fulfill customer orders while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain production documentation including assembly forms receiving inspection forms and non-conformance reports.
• Conduct QC Inspection of finished products.
• Proactively communicate any issues with direct management
• Collaborate with engineers as needed to identify and resolve assembly issues.
• Ensure the cleanliness of components and finished products in compliance with GMP requirements.

What Youll Bring

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing facility (preferred)
• Ability to follow daily routine and complete tasks independently
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours a day
