What We Offer:

$60,000 - $100,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Work with exclusive, high-intent leads —no cold calling or door knocking required.

• Meet with clients by phone or virtually to assess their needs and recommend the right life insurance solutions.

• Educate clients on coverage options and guide them through a simple, stress-free application process.

• Follow a proven sales system with comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.

• Manage your own schedule, sales pipeline, and income potential while working independently.

• Help families protect their financial future while building a rewarding, performance-driven career.

Qualifications: Who We're Looking For

• Excellent communicator who enjoys building trust and helping clients find the right financial protection solutions.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented , with a desire to grow your income through performance-based opportunities.

• No experience required —willing to obtain a Life Insurance License (training and support provided).

• Coachable and eager to learn , with the ability to follow a proven, step-by-step sales system.

• Organized and self-disciplined , capable of working independently in a remote or flexible work environment.

• Professional, dependable, and ethical , with the ability to pass a background check.

• Growth-minded team player interested in long-term career advancement, leadership opportunities, and making a meaningful impact.
