Mobile SDET

We're partnering with an industry-leading organization seeking a Mobile Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to drive quality and automation across mission-critical iOS applications. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing engineering team where quality is treated as a shared responsibility and automation is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.If you're passionate about mobile automation, engineering excellence, and creating highly scalable testing frameworks, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact while working on products used by millions of customers.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and maintain scalable iOS test automation frameworks using Swift, XCTest, and XCUITest.Build reusable testing libraries, utilities, and automation components that improve reliability and efficiency.Define test strategies, quality metrics, coverage goals, and release readiness standards.Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps practices.Partner closely with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to drive quality early in the development process.Identify, troubleshoot, and eliminate flaky tests while continuously improving test reliability.Mentor team members on testing best practices and contribute to engineering excellence initiativesWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in Mobile QA Automation or SDET roles with a focus on iOS applications.Strong expertise with Swift and the iOS ecosystem.Hands-on experience with XCTest and XCUITest automation frameworks.Experience building and scaling mobile automation frameworks from the ground up.CI/CD experience with tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.Familiarity with SwiftUI, UIKit, mobile architecture patterns, API testing, and modern testing practices.Strong communication skills and the ability to influence quality across cross-functional teams.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Newport Beach, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $77.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
