Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. At least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years (client requirement). Experience with HCHB and OASIS documentation systems (client requirement). Ability to meet productivity expectations of 30 points per week and work a guaranteed 40 hours per week (client requirement). Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with complex patient caseloads in home health settings. Previous travel clinician experience preferred. Assignment Details Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts. On-call: noted but not specified in detail.
