How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Maintain continuous visual surveillance of assigned patients via video technology to proactively identify and prevent potential safety risks or falls.
• Engage with patients through two-way audio to provide immediate redirection, comfort, and clear instructions that ensure their well-being.
• Alert the clinical nursing staff instantly to any changes in a patient's condition or behavior, serving as the first line of defense in an emergency.
• Document detailed observations of patient activity and safety status to provide the care team with an accurate, real-time record of the patient's journey.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Healthcare experience preferred.
