AI Excellence, Decision Enablement Intern

Johnson & Johnson seeks a summer intern to support the Decision Enablement team within Global Regulatory Affairs. The role focuses on exploring how AI, analytics, and decision science are applied to regulatory challenges, while contributing to organizational AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Explore applications of AI, analytics, and decision science to regulatory workflows and business challenges
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and participate in workshops to gather insights on AI adoption opportunities
- Research trends in AI, agentic AI, decision intelligence, and digital transformation
- Develop executive presentations, summaries, and recommendations on organizational effectiveness
- Support AI adoption initiatives, change management, and measurement activities across Global Regulatory Affairs
Requirements
- Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Health, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong interest in AI, business strategy, emerging technologies, and decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort collaborating across business and technical teams
- Coursework in AI, business analytics, digital transformation, or technology strategy preferred
