Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in labor and employment law to join their Kansas City office. The ideal candidate will have significant litigation experience and must be licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas. Duties Represent clients in labor and employment law matters. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Advise clients on compliance with labor laws. Participate in litigation and negotiation processes. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of labor and employment law experience. Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas. Strong academic credentials. Significant litigation experience. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in Missouri and Kansas. Skills Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
