Employment Law Associate / Senior Associate Salary: Up to $300,000 based on experience, plus bonus and benefits An established national law firm is looking to add an Employment Law Attorney to its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for lawyers with 3+ years of experience, from associate through to senior level, who are seeking high-quality work, strong mentorship, and a supportive environment where they can continue to develop their careers. The team advises employers across a range of industries on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You'll have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload, including employment disputes, day-to-day advisory matters, and strategic workplace issues, while collaborating with experienced colleagues on complex legal challenges. This role would suit someone who enjoys building client relationships, taking ownership of their work, and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
