As an Event Promotions Assistant, you'll help support promotional events, community outreach campaigns, and customer engagement activities while representing our organization in a professional and positive manner. No previous promotions or event experience is required—we provide paid training and hands-on support.

What You'll Do

• Assist with promotional events, community events, and outreach campaigns
• Represent our organization and promotional partners in a friendly, professional manner
• Engage with customers, attendees, and community members
• Share information about products, services, programs, and promotions
• Help with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and activities
• Support event registration, customer questions, and attendee engagement
• Create positive experiences that encourage customer awareness and engagement
• Work with team members to ensure events run smoothly and successfully
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
• Help track event participation, engagement, and promotional activities
• Contribute ideas for improving future events and promotional campaigns
