About the Role

As an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant , you'll support the execution and growth of assigned marketing campaigns while helping increase brand awareness, customer engagement, sales, and customer retention .

You'll represent brands at local events, retail promotions, community activations, and experiential marketing campaigns while developing valuable skills in:

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will:

• Support the planning and execution of event marketing and promotional campaigns
• Assist with customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Represent partner brands professionally at local events and retail promotional locations
• Interact directly with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Support sales growth through retail marketing and promotional campaigns
• Increase brand awareness through experiential marketing, community events, and promotional activations
• Assist with campaign execution, daily operations, and performance initiatives
• Identify customer needs and communicate appropriate products, services, or solutions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Available to work full-time hours , including some weekends for special events

• Willing to travel approximately 1-2 weeks per year for additional training and professional development

A bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, events, retail, hospitality, or advertising is a plus. Paid training is provided.
