Marketing Assistant

Woods Rogers seeks a Marketing & Business Development Assistant to support the firm’s marketing, business development, and strategic initiatives. The Marketing & Business Development Assistant provides administrative and operational support across a wide range of activities, including event coordination, sponsorship tracking, digital content support, reporting, research, and communications. This is the firm’s good faith pay range for this hiring cycle. The firm handles compensation discussions only after an offer is extended. Required Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a law firm or other professional services environment. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Responsibilities Support day-to-day marketing and business development operations in close collaboration with the MBD team, attorneys, and practice groups. Conduct prospect research and generate data insights reports to support business development efforts. Maintain and update firm websites, intranet content, and event calendars, including news posts, speaking engagements, and document uploads. Assist with event coordination including event logistics, on-site support, signage, name tags, and handouts. Manage promotional inventory and support special client gift requests. Manage firm rankings, awards, and directory submissions, including calendar tracking, profile updates, and vetting submission opportunities. Coordinate sponsorships, tracking benefits, managing attorney responses, processing payments, and handling logo submissions. Provide general administrative support including scheduling, proofreading, meeting notes, survey formatting, and shipping logistics. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
