Job Summary:

Designs By Sundown has an opening for a full-time Service Coordinator at our Littleton location. This position is responsible for the prompt, courteous and efficient response to all incoming client service calls and providing support to our team of service technicians, property managers, and client representatives. The individual will also aid with data entry and job costing.

Office hours: Mon-Fri 7am4pm

Responsibilities:

• Answer three or more telephone lines
• Schedule, route, and dispatch technicians
• Notify clients of scheduled services
• Receive, process, and schedule work orders and proposals
• Ensure contracted services are scheduled and completed
• Collect detailed client information to be entered into company database in a timely and accurate manner
• Generate reports including but not limited to job cost, small tool purchases, safety, vehicle inventory, performance metrics, etc.
• Code accounts receivable

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• 2+ years office experience
• Ability to prioritize job duties and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collect detailed client information to be entered into company database in a timely and accurate manner
• Strong Communication Skillswritten and oral.

Job Requirements:

• Desire to gain experience in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Demonstrate communication skills, both verbal and written, with associates and clients on a consistent basis.
• Demonstrate flexibility to perform duties wherever volume deems it necessary.
