Administrative Support Specialist

The Palmer Group

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 8-hour day between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM; establish a set arrival time with manager
  • Monday - Friday
What You Will Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional support by phone
  • Coordinate customer appointments, estimates, and scheduling while managing multiple priorities
  • Maintain project records and assist with communication between customers, office staff, and field teams
  • Support daily office operations by organizing information, managing documentation, and handling administrative tasks
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
  • Required proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Sheets/Excel - ability to quickly learn new software and cloud-based business applications
  • Previous administrative, scheduling, dispatching, or office coordination experience preferred, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate schedules, and support a fast-paced office environment
