Emergency Veterinarian

Founded as an after‑hours emergency clinic in 1977, AERA is now a 45,000 square‑foot, 24/7 state‑of‑the‑art hospital with a strong emergency service team and specialists in Anesthesiology, Internal Medicine, Radiation Oncology, and Surgery. Take a video tour of our facility here. The Role Our Emergency Doctors manage inpatient cases, triage incoming patients, and handle lacerations, basic wounds, urinary obstructions, and enucleations. Our doctors also have the option to cut and can train in surgery as well as endoscopic foreign body removal, if they’re interested.
