Your Mission As a Service Advisor, youre the face of the service departmentthe person who makes customers feel welcomed, heard, and confident in their Audi experience. From arrival to delivery, youll guide customers through the service process with clarity, professionalism, and a concierge-level approach. If you enjoy fast-paced days, building relationships, and being at the center of the action, this role is for you. What Youll Be Doing Create a warm, professional first impression in the service drive Own the customer experience from write-up to vehicle delivery Clearly explain services, timelines, and recommendationsno confusion, no surprises Coordinate with technicians to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently Maximize technician schedules while keeping customer satisfaction top-tier Provide white-glove support for phone calls and in-person questions Follow up with customers to ensure they leave happyand come back What Were Looking For A friendly, outgoing personality with great people skills Automotive dealership experience preferred (service drive experience a big plus!)
