If so, we want to meet YOU!

At Team Kledzik, we're not just hiring managers - we're developing future leaders.

With 60 Sport Clips locations across Florida, Illinois, and Iowa, we're growing fast and looking for passionate leaders who want more than just a job behind the chair - they want a career with growth, purpose, and impact.

What Makes Us Different?

Our leaders don't sit in an office all day. They work side-by-side with their teams - cutting hair, coaching in real time, building relationships with clients, and leading by example every single day. Many of our leaders started as stylists and advanced into management, training, recruiting, and operations leadership positions!

We believe the best leaders:

Coach and develop others
Build strong culture
Lead from the front
Work side-by-side with their team
Know how to have FUN while still driving results

Whether you're already leading a salon or you're a high-performing stylist ready to level up, we provide the support, training, and development to help you grow.

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate a team of talented stylists
Help drive store goals and performance
Coach team members on growth and development
Build strong client relationships
Create an energetic, team-focused environment
Get involved in the community through local marketing and events
Bring passion, leadership, and fresh ideas to the table

What You'll Receive:

Leadership development and coaching
Hands-on management training
Career advancement opportunities
Weekly pay
Strong earning potential
Ongoing education and professional development
Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits available
Supportive leadership invested in your success

Why Team Kledzik?

60 Stores and Growing
Clear opportunities for advancement
Hands-on leadership development
Supportive leadership team
High-energy culture that celebrates wins
A company that invests in PEOPLE

If you're looking for more than just another chair to stand behind, let's talk about your future. We don't just build great haircuts - we build confidence, careers, and future leaders
