Create nourishing meals and a welcoming kitchen as a cook at our adult residential program. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.

If you love preparing food that brings people comfort and care, this role is for you. As a cook in our adult residential Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) program, you'll be at the heart of daily lifehelping create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment through healthy, well-prepared meals. Your attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety supports our mission to promote wellness and inspire hope in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean kitchen that meets state food safety regulations
• Prepare meals aligned with dietary menus and client needs
• Label, date, and rotate food to ensure freshness and safety
• Track inventory and maintain a three-day food supply at all times
• Coordinate with staff for special events or occasions
• Participate in required training and ongoing learning opportunities

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High School/GED preferred

Work experience:

• At least one (1) year experience in a related field, specifically working with persons with a developmental disability and/or mental illness, preferred
