Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development: Assist the Chef in planning and executing innovative menu items.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure kitchen supplies are always stocked.
- Food Preparation: Supervise food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency.
- Kitchen Supervision: Manage and support kitchen staff to foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen role, preferably with Italian cuisine.

- Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance.
