Key Responsibilities
- Menu Planning: Assist the Chef in menu planning and execution to deliver high-quality dishes.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory to ensure all kitchen supplies are up to standard.
- Food Preparation: Oversee food preparation and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Team Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy restaurant environment.
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
Schedule
