Job Title Traveling Receptionist Address Federal Way, WA Job Description Greet visitors and examinees, verify appointment details, and direct them appropriately. Answer incoming calls professionally, screen callers, record details, and route calls accordingly. Review examinee charts for accuracy, adding necessary information before examinations. Distribute paperwork to examinees, ensuring completion and proper inclusion in charts. Escort examinees to exam rooms and chaperone examinations as needed. Maintain lobby cleanliness, oversee examination flow, and promote efficient resource utilization. Perform clerical tasks including typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading. Remote/on-site/hybrid In-person Shift/hours Monday-Saturday, 35-40 hours weekly, schedule varies Travel required 75%+ Compliance/submission Follow confidentiality and workplace policies Environment Office setting with client interaction Education/Licenses Needed Valid state driver’s license and reliable vehicle Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet No specific degrees, licenses, or certifications required Benefits Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
