Senior Digital Activation Specialist Location: Poland | Remote The Senior Digital Activation Specialist is a senior individual contributor who demonstrates mastery in digital activation, marketing technology platforms, and operational excellence. This role leads the execution of complex multi-channel campaigns, establishes governance and activation standards, serves as a technical expert and trusted advisor, and contributes significantly to departmental growth through process improvement, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do Lead execution of complex multi-channel digital marketing initiatives across enterprise marketing platforms, establishing and maintaining activation standards, governance, quality assurance processes, and compliance protocols. Serve as the enterprise technical expert and escalation point for complex platform issues, campaign challenges, and integration-related concerns, translating platform capabilities into effective activation recommendations and solutions. Manage high-priority and strategic campaign launches while ensuring execution accuracy, scalability, and adherence to established standards, including validating campaign tracking, attribution models, and measurement accuracy. Partner with Analytics and Marketing Operations to ensure data governance, reporting integrity, and measurement consistency, while identifying and recommending process improvements and automation opportunities that improve quality and scalability. Create, maintain, and continuously improve platform documentation, operational playbooks, training materials, and standard operating procedures, recommending platform enhancements based on operational expertise. Operate as a trusted advisor and innovative thought leader, mentoring and coaching team members, supporting onboarding and skill development, and contributing significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department. Role Essentials Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with min. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing activation, marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field. Advanced expertise across enterprise marketing platforms including Marketo, ON24, Storyblok, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and related technologies. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and understand integrations, APIs, and platform dependencies. Strong analytical and data literacy skills, with experience validating campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps and implement structured solutions that improve consistency, quality, and efficiency at scale.
