About the Role:

The House Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of residential properties to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for occupants and guests. This position involves performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and restocking supplies, to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation. The House Attendant will also be responsible for identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and safe handling practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Certification in housekeeping or hospitality services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens and clothing as needed.
• Restock household supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials to ensure availability at all times.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to management to prevent further issues.
• Follow established safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a healthy environment.
• Assist with organizing household items and managing waste disposal responsibly.
• Provide courteous and professional interaction with household members and guests.
