Event Coordinator

We are looking for a high-touch, detail-obsessed Event & Operations Coordinator to join our hospitality group. This isn't a \"sit behind a desk and wait for emails\" kind of job. You will be the primary point of contact for events at four of our venues: Brennan’s (+ Brennan’s Cigar Lounge), The Maryland House, and our two newest concepts opening this year, The Noble Crown and Marvel S. Fox. You will bridge the gap between high-stakes sales and hands-on execution. From the initial \"hello\" on an event inquiry to the final breakdown of a creative activation, you are the first & last point of contact for our clients, and the glue that holds our event experiences together. Key Responsibilities Inquiry & Partnership Management: Treat every lead like a VIP. You’ll manage high-volume inquiries with meticulous follow-up and nurture crucial partnerships that keep our venues thriving. Multi-Venue Coordination: Oversee the event calendar and logistics across all 4 locations. You’ll ensure the transition from a private booking at The Maryland House to a public event at Marvel S. Fox is seamless. Staffing & Scheduling: You will be responsible for the master schedule across all four locations, ensuring our teams are positioned for success every night. Onsite Event Execution: You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty. You’ll lead event setups and ensure the physical space matches the client's vision. Creative Marketing Collaboration: Partner with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute our signature public events. We don’t just host parties; we create interesting experiences (from live entertainment to guest chef series).
