- Perform patient registration, admissions, transfers, and discharges. \n
- Prepare, organize, and maintain patient charts and medical records. \n
- Enter and update patient and birth registration information accurately in the DOH eVital system. \n
- Manage visitor access according to hospital/unit policies. \n
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, copying, typing, and other general clerical duties. \n
- Complete and process birth certificate, Acknowledgment of Parentage (AOP), and PKU documentation. \n
- Maintain unit census, logs, records, and required documentation. \n
