Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift

Position: Maintenance Clerk

We are seeking an organized and dependable Maintenance Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support to the maintenance department. This position will assist with maintenance records, work orders, inventory, scheduling, and communication to help ensure maintenance operations run efficiently.

• Maintain and organize maintenance records, work orders, and documentation.
• Enter and update maintenance information in company systems.
• Assist with scheduling preventive maintenance and repair work.
• Track maintenance requests and follow up on outstanding work orders.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Assist with tracking maintenance supplies, parts, tools, and inventory.
• Communicate with maintenance personnel regarding work orders and priorities.
• Process paperwork related to equipment repairs and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment and maintenance history.
• Assist with ordering and receiving maintenance supplies as needed.
• File invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and other maintenance documents.
• Help ensure maintenance records are complete and up to date.
• Follow company safety and operational procedures.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

• Previous clerical, administrative, maintenance, or data-entry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to maintain organized records and documentation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work 1st shift .

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
