RHHD is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to serve as our District IT Analyst Senior. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of district-level technology systems and services.
The District IT Analyst Senior:
Provides applications and technical support for systems not serviced by OIM or VITA/NG.
Serves as the primary district liaison with OIM and VITA/NG. Develops and maintains internal databases (Access/Oracle) and creates spreadsheets, forms, and automated tools using Excel and Word. Performs moderate to complex data analytics using Oracle/SQL+ for reporting from internal databases and WebVision. Manages the district file server and its permissions. Serves as Superuser/Administrator for systems such as HAN, TRAIN, WebVision, VENIS, WICNet, Availity, Medicaid, Medicare, and others. Acts as the District Information Security Officer, WebMaster, and GIS Coordinator. Maintains and reconciles district IT inventory. Supports local and out-of-scope systems, hardware, servers, A/V equipment, and telecommunications. Provides systems and software training for new and current staff. May participate on the WebVision Production User Group or Data Intelligence Group. May supervise technical or support staff. Why Join VDH?
