Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact this school year by supporting student communication and learning as a Speech-Language Pathologist! This full-time contract role runs from early August through Thanksgiving break, giving you the chance to work directly onsite in a dynamic educational environment. As the dedicated SLP for resource caseloads, you’ll collaborate closely with teachers and staff to address students’ speech, language, and social communication needs, all while helping them achieve their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.

Your expertise in school-based speech therapy and strong teamwork skills will be key as you provide targeted interventions and serve as a valued contributor within a supportive community. You’ll be focusing on resource caseloads, with self-contained students assigned to separate specialists, allowing you to provide individualized and consistent support.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (required)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working closely with multidisciplinary teams and educators
• Passion for helping students succeed with their speech and language development

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver speech-language services for the resource caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress toward goals
• Utilize evidence-based practices and data-driven decision making
• Provide consultation to staff and support families as needed
