Job Description Job Description Tacoma Energy Looking for a highly driven person who wants to join a growing company in the energy efficiency industry. We need a dispatcher who has excellent people, communication and organizational skills to join our team. This is a newly created position due to company growth. We are located in Westerville, Ohio. Candidate must have experience with customer service, Excel and Word.. Must be willing to learn new things and handle a large workload without dropping the ball. Majority of our business is with new home builders and HVAC contractors. Office environment is very casual and down to earth. Previous experience in the construction industry a huge benefit, but not required. Training will be provided for the successful candidate. We offer: Starting pay $20-$25/hour, based on experience Healthcare – medical, dental, vision, life 401(k) Paid time off Full-time On the job training Casual work environment The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and characteristics: Ability to operate and manage a multi-line telephone system Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner Must be detail oriented Strong organizational skills Excellent personal, communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, self-directed Ability to work well under pressure in fast paced situations Ability to handle difficult situations calmly, especially during customer complaints Ability to work independently or as a team member Proficient with Excel and Word Maintain and update call records, jobs and other important documentation Some knowledge of general construction, preferred Prior field scheduling experience desired General Math Skills Interviewing and hiring immediately.
