The rates provided for this position include shift differential.The Large CNC Machinist will:Must be able to demonstrate basic machinist aptitude including the ability to: read blueprintsAccurately use measuring tools (micrometers, indicators, calipers, etc.)Make minor adjustments to tooling and CNC codeMake frequent and complicated set-upsRun both CNC and manual lathesRun large horizontal boring mills and planer mills, both CNC and manualStrong candidates for this position will meet the following expectations:5 years of machining experience with an emphasis on CNC machiningExperience with 5S or workplace organization is a plusDemonstrates expertise in maintaining precise accuracy and meeting tight tolerances on large, complex componentsWork to close tolerancesWilling to work overtime as neededButech Bliss offers a competitive benefits package which includes medical insurance premium at no cost to the employee, $3,500 deductible and 100% paid once deductible is met, dental and vision insurance, 401K with employer match up to 4%, generous paid vacation, an opportunity for raises every 6 months, and much more.
