Urology Nurse Practitioner

AdventHealth Redmond is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Urology team in a clinic-based, full-time role. • 100% outpatient clinic-based role
• Full-time schedule (Monday Friday; hours based on clinic needs)
• Collaborative practice with experienced urologists and care teams
• Established patient base with strong referral network
• EMR: Epic
• Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships

• Provide comprehensive urologic care in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Perform office-based procedures as appropriate
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment and prevention strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Board certification required (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
• Current Georgia licensure or eligibility
• Experience in urology or related specialty preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
