As a Security Officer Guest Intake in Boston, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a healthcare location as a Front Desk professional, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity from a stationary post, and support a calm, welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, screening and visitor management practices, and other security-related policies for a healthcare location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or appointments, and help control access in line with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant security-related information to staff and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
