HOUSEKEEPER LEAD (FULL TIME)

Job Overview We are hiring immediately for full‑time Housekeeper Lead positions at Princeton Baptist Medical Center, 701 Princeton Avenue Southwest, Birmingham, AL 35211. Online applications only. Schedule: full‑time second shift (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm). Prior housekeeping experience required. Pay: $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities Supervise, train and inspect the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures are completed to unit’s standards. Ensure staff have reported to work and clocked in properly; document late or absent employees. Resolve internal or external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. Document call‑offs and cover shifts when needed. Coordinate staff breaks. Prepare and distribute assignment sheets, review priorities, and communicate changes as they arise. Assign keys, radios, and beepers; maintain accurate record and security. Check equipment for proper supplies, neatness, cleanliness and mechanical problems; instruct staff to correct deficiencies. Inspect areas to confirm cleaning standards have been met. Assist staff to maintain highest cleanliness and service standards. Conduct staff training as assigned. Exhibit professionalism with customers, employees, and others. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Prior housekeeping experience.
